Our policy lasts 7 days from the delivery date. If 7 days have gone by since delivery, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or an exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging including tags. 

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned for hygienic reasons such as; beanies/winter hats, socks, leggings, swimsuits, etc...

Refund will be given for the following reasons:

- The item is damaged or has defects

- The item has not arrived within the maximum promised delivery period of 8 weeks 

- The item is significantly different from that described
