    1. SHIPPING

    What is the shipping cost?

    We offer free shipping internationally.

    Do you ship internationally?

    We ship internationally- everywhere, just name it :)

    2. ORDER STATUS

    How can I track my order?

    We will send you an email notification as soon as your item ships with a tracking number so you can follow your order anytime.  

    Please click the tracking number provided to be redirected to the tracking service site.

    The tracking number is not clickable/showing any status. Why?

    Sometimes you will see your package tracking number status 5 days max after receiving an email from us. 

    Once we ship your package, we receive the tracking number from the courier. Therefore, if the tracking number is not showing any status even 5 days after you received the shipment notification, we have nothing to do since it depends on the courier.

    You can contact us and we will try to see your order's status in our system

    I didn’t get all of my items. Please advice.

    Since we work with different providers, sometimes the items will be shipped separately for no additional cost. Therefore, you will receive a tracking number for each item after it ships & also you will receive the items not in one package.  

     

    2. SIZES

    How do I know my baby size?

    Each product has its own size guide. You will find it under the description text of the product by clicking "Size Guide".  The products are from different suppliers around the world and that is why we provide size charts for each one of the products. Each product is measured so that you can fit exactly to your baby. Please pay attention that the sizes provided are the product's itself .

    If your baby is a bit chubby :), it is advised to always take one size bigger.

     

    3. ORDERING & PAYMENT:

    Is it necessary to register to buy online?

    No, it is not necessary. However, it is recommendable, so we can inform you via our newsletter about new arrivals and special offers.

    Do prices include taxes?

    Yes, all prices on our site are final.

    What kind of credit cards do you accept?

    We accept all credit cards!  We also offer the possibility to use Paypal payment.

    Is it possible to cancel a purchase?

    If you haven't received a shipping confirmation e-mail, means your order still is not shipped and you can cancel. Otherwise, it is impossible to cancel since the package is already on its way to you. 

     

    4. RETURNS 

    What is your returns policy?

    You may return an item you are not satisfied with, within 14 days after receiving it. You will receive a full refund once we receive the package.

    How do i return an item?

    To return your product, you should send us an email at hello@mini-mono.com
    You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. 

    Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
    If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
