We provide tracking number for the packages straight to your email once your order gets the shipping label and starts the journey to your hands. sometimes it takes up to 5 days to be displayed, depends the info we get from the shipping company.

No custom fees! We make sure you won't pay any other unnecessary fees.
If your order has not arrived:
If your package got lost during shipping, we will reship your order or refund you.Be sure that we are doing our best to ship ASAP and sometimes you will receive your order much sooner. We're constantly trying to shorten shipping times but during high season or rare occasions, delivery may take longer.

Returns & Refunds:
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase we are here to assist you at hello@mini-mono.com!
Our policy lasts 14 days from the delivery date. If 14 days have gone by since delivery, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund.
How to make a return:
1. Please email us at hello@mini-mono.com with "return request" and your order number in the subject line. Please include the style information and the reason for your return.
2. We will get back to you within two business days with our authorization to ship the order back to us to our offices in Barcelona, Spain following our terms of returns and refunds.
3. Once your return package is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
4. We highly recommend adding tracking to your return as we cannot be held liable for packages lost in transit which we have no way of tracking.
Within 3 business days of our receipt of your return, you will receive an email that your return was processed. Your refund will be credited to your original method of payment minus return shipping costs. Please allow up to 10 business days for your bank to post the refund to your account. ***The client will be responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defected/ didn't arrive/ any other reason from our side.
Return Conditions:
Refund will be given for the following reasons ONLY:
- The item is damaged or has defects
- The item has not arrived within the maximum promised delivery period of 8 weeks
- The item is significantly different from that described

We cannot modify or cancel any orders once they have been submitted and 24 hours passed. However, unwanted items can be returned once they are received if they meet our return conditions(Please read above).
